Booking  and Cancellation Policy

A £5.00 cancellation fee will be required for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment.

A £10.00 fee will be required for a cancellation made 24 hours prior to your appointment.

​

Same day cancellations are charged at half the treatment cost.

​

For online bookings a £5.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  The payment will be taken off your balance at the time of treatment. 

​

Failure to pay the deposit will not secure your appointment and the appointment will be canceled after 48 hours.

Payments can be made via a sumup secure text message or bank transfer.  

​

Payments via sum text or bank transfer are required before treatment
